Our team of psychologists and therapists combines insights from neuropsychology and physiology with years of practical experience.
Seemee-no pause focuses specifically on menopausal women and provides them with support, information and solutions to better understand and address the challenges of menopause. By paying attention to a phase that is often understudied, we help women take control of their health and well-being.

Your tasks and responsibility
As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you have an all-round financial role and you will support the Finance team, which (including Products) consists of 6 colleagues, in all common financial activities.
In this role, you are responsible for the complete accounts of various companies and ensure adequate recording, quality assessment and provision of information to, among others, the Financial Controller and the Finance Manager. You carry out the financial administration for multiple entities accurately and in a timely manner, support reports and contribute to a comprehensive and auditable accounting.
As a financial administrative assistant, you have an eye for detail and you are accurate. Rather a little slower but correct than in a hurry. You have a numerical attitude and thanks to your financial analytical insight, you are able to process the administration correctly and to identify deviations or other notable issues with self-control in the balance sheet and profit and loss account. In this role, you will work independently as well as in a team and report to the Finance Manager.
Your tasks include:
- Checking, administering and processing all incoming and outgoing invoices including credit card transactions;
- Reconciliation/entry of bank statements and cross posts;
- Entering from payment reports from Payment Service Providers;
- Maintaining the finance mailboxes;
- Preparing payment files to be presented to the bank;
- Checking pharmacy invoices in detail;
- You support in preparing monthly closures, providing additional financial information and supporting the financial controller and finance manager;
- You identify inconsistencies or deviations and escalate them in a timely manner;
- You enjoy contributing ideas about the company's growth ambitions and efficiently contribute improvements and/or improvement opportunities in the administrative process.

- Communicative skills: you have an open, accessible personality and you can easily contact colleagues and suppliers, both in writing and orally.

Experience and
Personality.
- You have at least MBO business administrator level 4;
- Good accounting knowledge;
- You have extensive knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel;
- Experience with Exact Online and Blue10 is an advantage;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, spoken and written.

We started with a handful of people at our office near Breda and are proud to now operate with a team of over 65 people in 15 countries, with offices in Breda and Curaçao.
