We offer scientifically based online programs and training courses for complaints such as stress, anxiety, panic, worrying and fatigue. Our team of psychologists and therapists combines insights from neuropsychology and physiology with years of practical experience.
Seemee-no pause focuses specifically on menopausal women and provides them with support, information and solutions to better understand and address the challenges of menopause. By paying attention to a phase that is often understudied, we help women take control of their health and well-being.

Your tasks and responsibility
As an IT Operations engineer, you and your colleague are responsible for designing, automating and managing a secure, stable and scalable infrastructure. This ensures continuity and speed in software development.
You also contribute to security within the organization: from policy development and awareness to the preparation and implementation of the security roadmap (including phishing simulations, awareness and monitoring). In addition, you will work to reduce external dependencies by securing knowledge and management internally. You also provide input for monthly reports on progress, improvements and risks.
You are co-architects of the infrastructure of the future. Every day, you work on optimization, automation and management. In this hybrid role, you will support all teams and companies within eHealth Ventures Group, in close cooperation with partners and suppliers. You report to the COO, responsible for the development department.
Your emergency service runs every 2 weeks. This means that you are available outside working hours (with an additional fee) for production emergencies.
Your tasks include:
- Ensuring maximum availability of the entire IT landscape
- Mapping and keeping the entire infrastructure up to date in visual views and documentation (according to industry standards)
- Keeping servers and infrastructure up to date
- Workplace Management
- Respond, communicate, resolve and/or assist in case of malfunctions or incidents
- Setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration per project and, where relevant, Continuous Delivery
- Automating processes, improving development and operations flows
- Assisting development teams with releases and infrastructure issues
- Configure and keep up to date:
- Network architecture
- IT landscape inventory
- Incident and Change Management
- Security incidents, risks and (compliance) documentation
- Documentation and process descriptions of activities and agreements (assurance)
- Backups and recovery scenarios
- ICT policy and employee assurance
In addition, you will focus on, among other things:
- Set up and maintain proactive monitoring of the entire IT landscape
- Applying and improving the security and privacy strategy
- Set up, configure and manage IT assets
- Documenting and managing the IT administration landscape: suppliers, domains, configurations, contracts, accounts, access roles and compliance documentation
- Coaching colleagues in security, privacy, development and use of ICT resources

Profile.
- You have an HBO level of work and thinking
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with Microsoft Intune is required
- You know exactly which infrastructure works best in the e-commerce world
- Windows has no secrets for you (Linux is an advantage)
- Experience with tools such as Maria DB, Redis, and RabbitMQ But also web services such as PHP, Nginx
- You are familiar with Github, containerization (Docker & Kubernetes)
- You have the necessary experience with CI/CD
- You worked for a commercial organization, preferably in a B2C startup/scale-up
- As an advantage, you also have experience with e-commerce and/or online e-health platforms
