Dokteronline offers easy access to advice, doctors and treatments, so that customers can address their care needs discreetly and easily. Since 2004, we have been able to help more than 250,000 people with simple care needs.

Breinfijn helps people find peace and balance in their head and body. We offer scientifically based online programs and training courses for complaints such as stress, anxiety, panic, worrying and fatigue. Our team of psychologists and therapists combines insights from neuropsychology and physiology with years of practical experience.

Seemee-no pause focuses specifically on menopausal women and provides them with support, information and solutions to better understand and address the challenges of menopause. By paying attention to a phase that is often understudied, we help women take control of their health and well-being.

Your tasks and responsibility

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the point of contact for our customers and ensure an excellent customer experience via our online platforms. Your activities include:

  • Answering customer questions via phone, email and chat
  • Transferring customer questions or complaints to our collaborating pharmacies
  • Friendly and solution-oriented handling of complaints
  • Proactively informing customers about orders, delivery times and services
  • Participate in internal tasks such as order monitoring, quality control and training new colleagues.

your
Profile.

  • We are looking for someone who speaks and writes Dutch and German fluently. Or someone who speaks and writes fluently in Dutch and French, we would like to invite you to apply. English is also no problem for you as this is the main language at our office;
  • You have experience in a customer service or call center environment;
  • You have strong communication skills and a good sense of empathy;
  • You are excellent at multitasking and stay calm in stressful situations;
  • You are solution-oriented, think in terms of possibilities and take the initiative;
  • You have experience with computer systems and various software programs;
  • You work accurately, independently and are well organized;
  • You are available for 40 hours a week, with working hours from 05:00 — 13:30;
  • You live in Curaçao
